Unless clearly stated in writing:
- we are not endorsed by any third-party brand;
- we are not sponsored by any third-party brand;
- we are not an official reseller or authorized partner of any third-party brand;
- no third-party brand has approved our AI styling, virtual try-on, discounts, social-sharing campaigns, or product recommendations.
Any third-party trademarks, logos, brand names, product names, or other identifiers remain the property of their respective owners.
Product Listings and Availability
We try to keep product information accurate and updated. However, because some products may be sourced from third-party live stores, we cannot guarantee that every product will remain available after you place an order.
We may cancel and refund an order if:

You should review product details, size information, delivery timelines, return eligibility, and other purchase information before placing an order.
AI Styling and Virtual Try-On
Vibe’s styling and virtual try-on features are designed to help users make better fashion decisions. These features may use information such as:

- budget;
- style preferences;
- body-related inputs;
- wardrobe items;
- uploaded photos;
- product catalog information;
- user feedback.
AI-generated recommendations are subjective and may not always match your personal taste, body comfort, cultural preferences, event requirements, or expectations.
By using the AI styling or virtual try-on features, you understand that:
- virtual try-on is an approximation, not a guarantee;
- product purchases are subject to availability, pricing, and return eligibility.
Photo Uploads and User Inputs
If you upload photos or provide body, style, or wardrobe-related inputs, you confirm that:
- you have the right to upload the photo or content;
- the photo does not violate anyone else’s privacy or rights;
- the photo does not contain a person who has not consented to the upload;
- you are not uploading photos of minors without proper authority and consent;
- you will not upload unlawful, abusive, explicit, misleading, or harmful content.
We may use uploaded photos and inputs only to provide styling, try-on, recommendation, support, and related service functionality.
Social Sharing and Discounts
We may offer discounts, credits, rewards, or other benefits when users share Vibe-generated looks, try-on images, links, codes, or related content.
Discounts and rewards may depend on:
- sharing format;
- use of a valid code or link;
- number of qualifying clicks;
- number of qualifying purchases;
- campaign rules;
- fraud checks;
- manual approval;
- availability of the campaign.
We reserve the right to modify, deny, reverse, or cancel any discount, credit, reward, or commission if we suspect misuse, fake engagement, misleading sharing, unauthorized claims, spam, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
If you receive a discount, reward, commission, free product, store credit, or any other benefit for posting about Vibe, you are responsible for making appropriate disclosures in your post, story, reel, caption, or other content, including disclosures such as “Ad,” “Collab,” “Discount partnership,” or similar language where required.
You must not falsely suggest that Vibe, any third-party brand, or any product is endorsed by a person, brand, or platform when it is not.
Creator Codes, Referral Codes, and Rewards
We may provide creator codes, referral links, affiliate-style rewards, or campaign-specific discounts.
These may be changed, paused, or withdrawn at any time.
A purchase may not qualify for creator/referral rewards if:
- the order is cancelled;
- the order is refunded;
- the order is fraudulent;
- the code was misused;
- the customer used another discount;
- the order did not originate from the creator’s approved link/code;
- the campaign period expired;
- the creator violated these Terms or campaign rules.
Unless separately agreed in writing, creator rewards are promotional credits or commissions for the experiment and do not create an employment, agency, partnership, franchise, or exclusive relationship with Vibe.
Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including:
- suspected fraud;
- incorrect pricing;
- incorrect product information;
- product unavailability;
- payment failure;
- delivery restrictions;
- misuse of discounts;
- breach of these Terms.
Your order is confirmed only after payment confirmation and our acceptance of the order.
Pricing

If you submit, upload, tag, share, or send us content such as photos, try-on images, reviews, testimonials, social posts, comments, or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, repost, modify, and share that content for:

- customer support;
- marketing;
- product improvement;
- social proof;
- internal analysis;
- campaign reporting.
We will not knowingly use your private photos in public marketing without consent. Publicly posted or tagged content may be reshared by us unless you ask us to remove it.
